Open GhrFix, choose the service you need, describe the problem and provide your location. You can add photos to help professionals understand the job. GhrFix may also show an AI-powered cost estimate as a rough guide. Once you submit the request, it is broadcast to nearby verified and available professionals. The first eligible provider to accept gets the job.
GhrFix uses your location to find verified providers who are currently available. Requests begin with a 10 km radius and can expand to 20 km, 40 km and 80 km, up to a maximum of 100 km, until enough eligible providers are found.
Yes. Providers must complete the GhrFix verification process before they can accept customer jobs. This includes submitting their CNIC and required identity photos for administrative review. Verified providers receive a verification badge on their profile.
The GhrFix estimate is only a rough, non-binding guide. The actual price of the work is agreed directly between you and the provider after they understand the job in person. GhrFix does not take a commission from the price of the work.
Cash is the primary payment method. You and the provider agree on the final price after they assess the work. If you have GhrFix Coins, you may optionally apply some of your available balance toward the settlement.
GhrFix Coins are the platform's wallet credits. New accounts receive a free signup grant. Customers can use available Coins toward eligible settlement amounts, while providers use Coins for platform-related acceptance fees. Coins are separate from the actual price negotiated for the service.
No. Requesting and booking a service is free for customers. GhrFix does not take a commission from the price you negotiate with your provider.
Cancellation availability depends on the current status of your booking. If you need to cancel, open the booking and use the available cancellation option as soon as possible. If a provider has already accepted the request, the cancellation may affect the provider's workflow and any applicable platform transaction is handled according to the booking rules.
You do not need a separate provider account. Create a normal GhrFix account and switch to Provider mode from your profile. You can then select your trade, submit your CNIC and required verification photos, and wait for your application to be reviewed.
Yes. GhrFix uses one account with two modes. You can use Customer mode to book services and switch to Provider mode when you want to accept jobs. You do not need separate accounts.
For urgent situations, use the emergency functionality available in the GhrFix app where applicable. The request can be prioritised for nearby available verified professionals. For situations involving immediate danger to life, fire, gas leaks or other serious emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services first.
GhrFix uses account authentication and controlled access to protect customer and provider information. Information is shared with a provider when necessary to complete a service, such as relevant booking details and contact information where the booking permits it.
