Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your GhrFix account at any time, even if you can no longer sign in.
Your account, your choice
If you no longer want to use GhrFix, you can permanently delete your account using either of the methods below. We will verify the request before processing it.
Delete it from the app
Open the GhrFix app and go to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps and verify your identity using the one-time code sent to your registered phone or email.
Request deletion by email
Can't sign in? Send an email from the address associated with your account, or provide your registered phone number so our team can verify your identity.

Before you delete your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once processed. If you have an available GhrFix Coins balance, please use or withdraw it before requesting deletion.
What happens to your data?
We remove personal information that identifies your account. Certain transaction records may remain in anonymised form when needed for operational, accounting, or legal purposes.
Information deleted
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your profile photo and account information
- Your saved addresses
- Active login sessions and authentication tokens
Information retained
- Booking and service transaction records
- Reviews and ratings in anonymised form
- Wallet transaction records required for accounting
- Records required to meet applicable legal obligations
